Meet the Team
Rev. Chris Mac Bruithin, Rector I’m the Rector of Christ Church and St Paul’s. Originally from North Antrim, I studied modern languages in Edinburgh and then trained as a teacher at the University of Ulster.
After some mission work with Latin Link in Bolivia, and while working as a lecturer, I sensed God’s call to ordained ministry. I came to the parish with my family in 2019, having previously served as deacon in St Augustine’s, Derry-Londonderry, and as curate in St Macartin’s Cathedral, Enniskillen.
I’ve found Castlerock and Dunboe a very easy parish to fall in love with, both the people and the place. It’s a busy parish, and there’s a great sense of teamwork and community. Shortly after I came, Covid severely impacted on our mission and ministry, but I am excited to see what God has in store for us as we look to the future.

Ministry Team Our team of Parish Readers and Pastoral Visitors assist in leading worship and connecting with those unable to attend.
Our Select Vestry is a committee of people elected by their fellow parishioners to oversee our finances, buildings and grounds, and to ensure compliance with our legal responsibilities.
