- To insure that all the necessary administration for the positions of youth leaders within the parish is completed.
- To train leaders in good practice.
- To interview and where appropriate offer positions in youth work.
- To be the point of contact for any adult or child who needs someone to talk to.
- The panel’s role is now legally binding in the church and the panel must report regularly to the Select Vestry.
